How do I check my points balance?
You can check you points balance at any time, simply login to your account using the link at the top of the page. You will see your points balance on your account dashboard with more detailed information in the "My Points and Rewards" section. Here you will find a detailed summary of how your points have been earned and spent, you also have an option to forward your points to a friend or colleague.
Will my points expire?
Your points are active for 90 days, during this time you will be able to redeem them against purchases from www.sgworld.com or send them to a friend or colleague. We will notify you by email if your points become close to expiring, however you can check your points balance and expriy date at any time by logging into your online account.
Terms & Conditions:
- Points are automatically added to your www.sgworld.com account once your order is completed.
- Points are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
- Points can only be redeemed against transations on www.sgworld.com.
- Points can only be earned for activities on www.sgworld.com using a registered customer account.
- One www.sgworld.com account per person, duplicate accounts may be merged into a single account at SG World's discretion
- The standard number of points you can collect are five points per £1 spent; however the number collected can vary depending on available offers.
- We reserve the right to substitute or remove products or services available for points collection and redemption without notice.
- Points are only valid against UK orders.
- Points can be redeemed against your total order value, including any delivery costs.
- SG World employees, distributors, affiliates and friends and family of SG World employees, distributors, affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Loyalty Scheme.
- SG World reserves the rights to remove points from an account at any time, for any reason, without notice.
