Traditionally, red and white adhesive tape has been used to make scaffold poles visible to prevent accidents. However, this tape quickly becomes worn and tatty. Having multiple layers of adhesive tape will also make it difficult to get the scaffold through the couplings when putting a structure together or taking it apart.
