Around 70,000 or 1% of school pupils are involved in an incident or illness whilst at school each day.

 

 

Perhaps you send a letter home notifying them about what had happened and what was done about it. The process of preparing these letters to go home can be a cumbersome task however many schools are recognising the benefits of an incident reporting system.
