Having contractors on site can sometimes be a health & safety nightmare... The SG World Authorisation to Work system helps you control the access of contractors to your site and assists you in fulfilling your commitment to safe working practices.

As the contractor signs in (completes the contractor badge) the system issues an authorisation to commence work.  It highlights any high risk activity such as hot work, electrical etc and any additional permits to work are highlighted ensuring that the correct risk assessment and safety procedures are adhered to.

The system also notifies contractors of the company’s health and safety policy whilst also ensuring that you meet the HSE guidelines on managing contractors.  The Contractor Pass also provides an up to date record of contractors on site in case of emergency.

With contractors charging by the hour, the system helps you to verify contractor invoices as the arrival and leaving times are recorded and signed by authorised personnel.
