A simple yet formal system for recording all pupils arriving late at school.

The product produces a late arrival slip detailing the name and class of the pupil together with the reason for late arrival. At the same time as this slip is produced, a master record of all late arriving pupils is created.

The late arrival slip stays with the pupil throughout the day and must be signed by each class teacher, thus ensuring that the pupil stays in school once they have their attendance mark.

The master record can be used to identify persistent latecomers and reasons for late arrival.
