A range of different files and pouches are available for A5, A4 and fullscap documents. Coloured labels are attached to the visible edge of each file to denote certain important information e.g. name, sex, date of next action, allergies, product being used etc etc.

The coloured labels can indicate whatever the user wants them to, whatever is important to them about their customer/patient.  

The use of coloured labels means that files can be identified at a glance e.g. all male patients, all customers with outstanding invoices etc.

Of course, the coloured labels can also be attached to existing filing systems also.

Drawer filing

Again a range of different sized pouches are available for different documents.

Coloured labels or coloured tabs can be attached to the top edge of each pouch to denote important information about the contents.
