The wristband printer is so easy to use, simply pop the wristband cartridge in to the printer and the HC100 autotmatically detects the wristband size, calibrates and prints.
The HC100 wristband printer is a thermal printer that doesn't require toner or printer ribbons saving both money and the environment.
Wristband Printer Cartridges
The printer cartridges are available in child or adult wristband sizes with a choice of two fastening styles that are secure and easy to attach:
- Adhesive
- Clip option
Both types of wristband are only available in white at present, however the clip option gives you the choice of having a coloured clip.
Wristband Software
The HC100 wristband printer comes with software to design your wristbands as standard.
An advanced version of the software is also available at extra cost that gives the advantage of being able to print direct from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet which works in a similar way to mail merge in a Microsoft Word document. The benefit of this is that you can print multiple wristbands instantly with different information saving you time printing each one individually.
