Cleaning Record Book (pad of 30)

The cleaning record book is designed for use by contract cleaning companies or employed cleaners. It allows them to clean an area of a building whether that be an office or an entire floor and then place a status indicator somewhere to prove that they’re cleaned it and what they’ve cleaned. This will provide reassurance and confidence to employees that they’re being looked after by their employer and that the area is safe to work in.

How to use

The cleaner works through the checklist confirming each cleaning task has been completed.  Once the inspection is complete, a green certificate can be placed inside a status indicator wallet confirming the area has been thoroughly cleaned. 

The duplicate copy of the certificate remains inside the record book as a dated record that a regular cleaning regime is in operation.  

Each pad allows you to perform 30 cleaning inspections and is suitable for use with our book paddle kit.
