COVID-19 Risk Assessment Audit Checklist (pad of 30)
Description
According to the Working Safely During Covid-19 government guidance, every organisation in England is required to conduct a Covid-19 risk assessment and then display an approved government notice in their building and on their website to prove that they’ve done this. The Risk Assessment Audit is a simple, checklist based process which lets the user conduct an audit to ensure that the organisation is performing the actions identified in the risk assessment. For example, if the risk assessment says that there is a maximum capacity of 10 people in an eating area, the auditor could check at lunchtime to make sure that employees are following this rule.
Our book maintains a detailed record of audits undertaken and a status indicator can be displayed next to the government notice in the building to show the a risk assessment has been completed and resulting measures are being regularly audited.

How to use
When conducting a risk assessment audit, the designated person can simply work down the checklist, checking each component in turn.
Once the audit is complete, assuming a satisfactory outcome, the status certificate on the reverse can be placed inside a status indicator wallet displayed near the risk assessment notice. Any issues are quickly identified and escalated for resolution.
The duplicate copy of the certificate remains inside the record book and can be used as evidence of a regular auditing process to keep your workplace COVID-safe.
