What is the minimum order value?

Can I change my order?

How can I pay with a credit or debit card?

To pay via credit and debit card simply choose Credit Card during the Payment Method stage of the checkout process. Card payments are secured by Shopify Paments and we accept Visa, Mastercard & Maestro.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, you can pay by invoice. If you are an existing customer, just enter your PO number in the Special Instructions box at checkout. If you are a new customer, simply enter your purchase order number in the Special Instructions box and choose "New Credit Account" at checkout. SG World will set your company up on our system using the details you provide.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, your payment is securely processed using Shopify Pay. Find out more about Shopify security procedures on the Shopify Pay website.

How can I pay with PayPal?

We accept PayPal as a Payment Method and it can be used when you see the PayPal payment button on the screen. If you need to discuss alternative payment methods please contact our Customer Service team on 01270 588211 or email on web-enquiries@sgworld.com

Do I need an account to order from SG World?

It is optional to have an online account, however it allows you to see all your previous purchases and is recommended.

How do I update my account information?

To update your account information, login to your account or click on My Account. You will then open your dashboard and can update your shipping or billing information, add a new payment method or subscribe to our newsletter.

We currently offer the following two delivery options:

Can I return an item?

Items can be returned and refunded minus a handling fee in a good condition, un-used and un-opened. The return delivery charge will not be refunded unless the return is due to damaged goods or a mistake by SG World Ltd.

Credit Notes will be processed once the goods are received back by us, and until this time, they remain your property. We highly recommend using a 'signed for' return delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Bepsoke, imprinted and special made to order items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

How will my goods be delivered?

Your goods will be delivered by FedEX or Royal Mail for smaller parcels or ID Cards.

Do you deliver overseas or outside of the UK?

No, we only deliver to UK Mainland only, for international orders please call 01270 588211

How do I change my shipping address?

To edit your shipping addresses, visit the Address Book in Your Account. You will be able to add a new shipping or billing address, or edit an existing shipping or billing address.

Once you have placed an order, your order cannot be amended. If you have made a mistake or wish to change the delivery address please open a Support Ticket or contact web-orders@sgworld.com for further assistance.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment with a member of our national sales force by clicking Arrange a Call at the top of any page and filling out your details. A member of our Customer Service team will be in contact within 24 hours for requests received during business hours to arrange an appointment at a time convenient to you.

How do I order a brochure?

You can order a brochure by clicking Request a Brochure at the top of any page and filling out your details. A brochure will be posted to you within 24 hours for requests received during business hours.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using the following methods of payment:

  • credit card
  • debit card
  • PayPal
  • Purchase order.

Does SG World have an environmental policy?

Yes, SG World has an environmental policy. You can view our Environmental Policy in the Why Us menu.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Where is SG World located?

SG World Head Offices are located in Crewe, Cheshire. We also have offices in London and Dublin, Germany, Belgium and USA, and a national sales force which can visit you at your convenience. Click here to contact us.

Your credit card details are not stored or viewed by us at any time. Your credit card details are stored by Shopify PAY our payment gateway provider.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, go to the page of the product you would like to purchase and select the quantity you would like from the pull-down menu. Choose "Add to Basket" to continue shopping, or "Express Checkout" to purchase the product right away.

Some products are not available to purchase online; you can request a quote and a member of Customer Service will be in contact to assist you further.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order it cannot be cancelled as the order process will have started immediately. We may be able to stop postage if you contact us in time, but if payment has been made, cancelling the order may incur a restocking fee.
