When does a scaffold legally have to be inspected?

A.

There is a legal obligation to inspect a scaffold before use in the following situations: before first use of the scaffold, after the scaffold has experienced adverse weather, if any significant alterations have been made to the scaffold or every seven days if neither of the other inspections have occurred.
