What is the minimum order quantity?
We don't have one, but there's a minimum order value of £30.

Can I change my order?
Once you've placed it, you can't amend it. Contact us at web-orders@sgworld.com if needed.

Can I cancel my order?
Once placed, it can't be cancelled, but we might stop postage if contacted in time. Cancelling may incur a restocking fee..

How can I pay with a credit or debit card?
Choose Credit Card at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Maestro, secured by Shopify Payments..

How many inspections can be carried out using an SG World inspection pad?
Each provides 30 inspections per equipment.

Is a Permit to Work a legally required document?
Not legally required, but recommended for many types of work.


Is a risk assessment a legal requirement?
Yes. Legally required by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 for companies with five or more employees.

What is an F2508 form?
Legally required for schools to report accidents to HSE. SG World's Incident Reporting products facilitate this process.

How can I pay with a purchase order?
Existing customers, enter PO number at checkout. New customers, enter PO number and choose "New Credit Account."

Do I need an account to order from SG World?
Optional, but recommended for viewing past purchases.

How do I update my account information?
Log in and access your dashboard to update information.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, all orders receive an invoice.



Can I change the delivery address?

Can I return an item?
Items can be returned for refund minus handling fee if unused and unopened. Imprinted or special made-to-order items cannot be returned.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Contact us at web-orders@sgworld.com if your order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe.

Do you deliver overseas or outside of the UK?
We only deliver to UK Mainland. Contact us for international orders
