Promotional Terms & Conditions (FOOTBALL10)

• The Offer: A 10% discount is applicable solely to the purchase of the following product categories: Visitor Management Passes and Books, Contractor Management Passes, Contractor Permits to Work, and Pre-Use Inspection Books.

• Product Eligibility: The discount is exclusively valid for standard stock items or bespoke items that are an exact reprint of your last design (no artwork alterations, new setups, or structural changes are included).

• How to Claim: To redeem the discount, customers must quote the promotional code FOOTBALL10 at the time of order. Orders can be placed by:

  • Calling our sales team on 01270 588 211

  • Applying the code at checkout online

  • Replying directly to this promotional email with your order details

• Validity Period: This promotional offer is valid only while the England national team remains in the 2026 tournament. The offer will automatically expire at 11:59 PM on the day England is eliminated from the competition, or upon the conclusion of the final match if they progress to the end.

• General Terms: This offer cannot be used retrospectively, has no cash alternative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes, discounts, or pre-negotiated contract rates. Standard SG World Ltd terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders.

SG World Referral Scheme - Terms and Conditions

1. The scheme Existing customers of SG World ("Referrers") can introduce new business customers ("Referred Customers") to us using a unique referral code. Both parties receive a reward when a qualifying first order is placed.

2. Who can take part

• Referrers must be an existing SG World customer with at least one completed paid order.

• Referred Customers must be a genuinely new business account. This means a business that has not previously placed an order with us, and that operates from a different billing address and email domain to the Referrer.

• Employees of SG World, their immediate family, and businesses under common ownership with the Referrer are not eligible.

3. Rewards

• Referred Customer: 15% discount on their first order, subject to a minimum spend of £50.

• Referrer: 15% discount towards their next order, up to a maximum value of £250.

4. How to redeem

• The Referred Customer must quote the Referrer's code at the point of enquiry.

• Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

• One referral code per order.

• The code cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.

5. When rewards are issued Referrer reward is to be redeemed on the referring customers next order after the new (referred) customer's first order has been paid in full and delivered.. Cancelled, refunded, or unpaid orders do not qualify.

6. Using your discount

• Referrer credit is a 15% discount added to the Referrer's account to be applied to their next order.

• The Referrer discount is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused credit expires after this period.

• The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

• The Referred Customer's 15% discount is valid for 60 days from the date the code is issued to them.

7. Fair use We reserve the right to withhold rewards or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe the scheme is being abused. This includes but is not limited to self-referrals, fraudulent orders, or referrals between connected businesses.

8. Changes to the scheme SG World reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time. Rewards already earned at the point of any change will be honoured under the terms in force when they were earned.

9. Data We will only contact a Referred Customer if they themselves get in touch with us using your code. We ask Referrers not to share personal contact details of third parties with us without their consent. Eligibility: Open to individuals working in UK businesses aged 18 and over, excluding employees of SG World and their immediate families. SG World reserves the right to verify the business employment status of the winner before awarding the prize.

Entry: Strictly one entry per person via the official landing page form. No third-party or automated entries allowed.

Prize: 1 x £500 credit to be used on any SG World manufactured product. The prize credit is exclusive of VAT and delivery charges, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, must be used in a single transaction, and has no cash alternative. Credit must be redeemed within 6 months of winner notification.

Closing Date: Entries close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, July 19, 2026.

Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday, July 20, 2026. The draw will be conducted by an independent person or via a verifiable random computer process.

Notification & Claim: The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, SG World reserves the right to redraw a runner-up.

• Offer Details: This promotion provides a 15% discount on products within the Working at Height collection. This includes, but is not limited to: Working at Height Permit to Work packs, MEWP Pre-use Visual Inspection pads, Ladder and Step Ladder inspection checklists and boards, Scaffolding Inspections and Handovers, and Harness inspections. The discount applies to paper pre-use inspection books and Permit to Work (PTW) pads only.

• Product Exclusions: The offer specifically excludes all other visitor and contractor products, lanyards, wallets, 5D software, signage, and commercial print.

• Minimum Spend: A minimum order value of £175 (excluding VAT) on qualifying products is required to redeem this discount.

• Validity: The offer is valid until midnight on 22 May 2026.
